We're a Family Pact Program Provider, offering FREE family planning services to individuals of all ages, including teens. These services encompass birth control counseling and methods for pregnancy prevention. You can also access clinical services like STD testing, treatment, and cervical cancer screening (pap smears) as part of your family planning visit. All Family PACT services are confidential and provided at no cost.

Plan B Emergency Contraception (Morning After Pill)
Birth Control Pills
Intrauterine Contraceptive (IUC)
Contraceptive Implant (Nexplanon)
Contraceptive Shot, Ring, and Patch
Condoms for men and women
Spermicides and Sponge
Natural Family Planning Methods
Sterilization for women and men

Who Is Eligible?
Family PACT is a family planning program with four simple eligibility criteria:
You must reside in California;
Your income must be at/below a certain amount (see below income guidelines);
You must have no other coverage that can be used for family planning services;
You want to prevent an unplanned pregnancy.
How Do I Apply?
We are a Family Pact provider. If you are interested, you can apply for Family PACT in person in our office. You will only need to bring in a photo ID. Our office will give you an application to fill out, and if you are eligible, our office will give you your Family Pact card right in our office, which covers the examination, screenings, testing, and treatment/birth control.
Income Guidelines
The Family PACT Program is based upon family size and income. For example, if you live alone, and your income is less than $1,961.00/month, you would be eligible. For a 2 person household, the income to be eligible would be less than $2,655/month. For a 3 person family, the income to be eligible is less than $3,348/month.

The Family PACT Program covers Treatment For Sexually Transmitted Infections, antibiotics and antibiotic injections.
Family PACT services at no cost if they are low-income California residents.
Women, men, and teens able to become pregnant or cause a pregnancy can get Family PACT services at no cost if they are low-income California residents. You may qualify for Family PACT:
If you have no medical insurance or can’t get Medi-Cal.
If you have insurance, it doesn’t cover family planning or birth
control methods.
If you have insurance, but you haven’t met your deductible.
If you have Medi-Cal with Share of Cost but you have not met your Share of Cost.
If you have Medi-Cal but it doesn’t cover family planning.
If you have insurance or Medi-Cal, but you need to keep family planning services confidential.
